These draft terms govern use of the Shatayu Veda online store. Have them reviewed before you treat them as binding.

The store. Products are offered for sale in India through Shopify Checkout. Descriptions, prices, and availability can change. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error, stock issue, or suspected misuse.

Wellness products. Herbal formulations on this site are for general wellness. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow the label. Consult a qualified practitioner if needed.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for orders placed on your account.

Intellectual property. Shatayu Veda names, pack photography, and site content are for shopping and information. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products, except where we cannot legally exclude that liability.
