Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Shatayu Veda. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will help.

Damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of mind. Unopened products in original packaging may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. Opened wellness products generally cannot be restocked.

How to start a return. Use the Contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. Do not send products back until we confirm the next step.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. This draft should be reviewed against your final refund policy before you rely on it as a legal terms page.
